Amy's animal portraits are a true celebration of vibrant colors and personality. Drawing inspiration from her background in Fashion Design, Amy’s debut collection in 2017 featured a gang of flamboyant flamingos, strutting down the catwalk in true fashionista style. These quickly found their place with her first collectors, sparking the beginning of a long-lasting artistic journey. By June 2018, Amy held her first solo exhibition, expanding her animal characters beyond flamingos into a delightful array of creatures, each with their own unique stories to tell.
As her works evolved, her animals began taking on more human-like traits—donning clothes, entering beauty pageants, and even sporting sunglasses on their holidays. These quirky and imaginative creations have captured hearts across the country and are now showcased in galleries nationwide.
Amy's art is deeply rooted in family life, particularly inspired by her daughter, Robyn. Her sell-out limited edition piece, Tiny Toes, featuring a family of flamingos splashing in the water, marked the beginning of her family-themed artwork. This collection has since expanded to include adorable baby animals and heartwarming family portraits, with some of her latest pieces featuring a little Robin bird in tribute to her daughter.
