Dali Draumaland Solsetur | Kristjana S Williams

Taking influence from the works of the iconic Surrealist painter, Salvador Dali, Kristjana has created an other-world of wonder, transmogrifying familiar creatures to create this remarkable tableau.  Flowers have human-esque faces, birds have evolved with hands and the mountain goat is so at one with its environment that it becomes the mountain.

Dali's elephants pass by against a cerulean sky and melting clocks dance in the foreground.  The archway invites the viewer to sit and view the extraordinary; a lone fish contemplates the portal into outer space; a tiger converses with a lizard, a fork plunges into an orange half to create a waterfall.  Things are seldom what they seem in this fantastical scene.
