Delivery within the EU is £99

United States delivery is £149

Rest of World delivery is £170

Due to changes in U.S. customs law we are required to submit a social security number with all U.S. orders to clear customs. We will never share this with anyone other than the courier. This will be discussed when arranging delivery date.

Customs, Duties and Taxes for Overseas destinations

UK VAT will be deducted from your purchase at checkout if applicable for international delivery

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.

Any additional charges for overseas delivery and customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that when ordering from westovergallery.co.uk you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard your privacy international customers and customers dispatching products abroad should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Please see our Terms and Conditions of Supply for further information.

FAQs

What happens when I place my order?

Once an order is made online, we will get in touch to arrange a convenient day for delivery or collection, and any special requirements can be confirmed.

Can I collect from the gallery?

If your chosen artwork is in stock, it will be ready for collection from the gallery within 24 hours. Otherwise, we will update you when you order is ready to be collected.

ID, signature and confirmation email will be required to collect your order.

When will my order be delivered?

We estimate delivery between 2-7 working days if your artwork is in stock.

Due to its bespoke nature, some artwork must be ordered from the Studio. As some pieces are handmade to order, this may slightly affect delivery time. We will always strive to get your item to you as close to the delivery estimate as possible and keep you updated along the way.

Can I track my order?

On dispatch you will be given a tracking number from the courier to enable you to track your parcel.

Please bear in mind that during particularly busy times of the year, deliveries can be subject to slight delay.

You must ensure that you check your goods upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours of any problems.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are quality checked and securely packaged.

If your art is being delivered (rather than collection from the gallery) it will be fit with U.V. stabilised Artscreen rather than glass to ensure it can be transported safely.

What should I do when I receive my order?

On delivery and before signing for your piece of art, please check all external packaging for damage. If you are happy with the condition please sign the paperwork as ‘In Good Condition’.

If there is visible damage or you suspect there may be damage then please accept the delivery but sign the paperwork as ‘Damaged Goods’. Please then contact us to arrange for the piece to be collected for return.

When opening your package, please take care and allow for possible movement in transit. Once open, it’s very important that you retain all internal and external packaging in case the piece needs to be returned to us. Any and all damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept liability for damages reported after this time.

Do you offer gift-wrapping?

Due to the size of our art, we are unable to offer a gift-wrapping service for large purchases. If you wish for your item to be gift wrapped, please ask as in some cases, we may be able to do so.
