We Timed That Right 

Taking inspiration from his own upbringing in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Leigh’s artwork has a strong sense of nostalgia which evoke precious memories of childhood that many of us can relate to. As a youngster, he loved nothing more than spending time with his grandparents who lived in traditional terraced housing in the northeast. Whether it was a visit to the corner shop for sweets, or a family afternoon spent picking flowers or foraging for berries, Leigh has many wonderful memories of those special “simple” days which he incorporates into the narrative of his work.
